We offer team programs for all ages and skill levels, including 16U, 19U, Grade 9 and Under, Grade 6 and Under, and our Open League for adult players.

Our 16U, 19U, and Open League teams have regular practices and games during the handball season—16U and 19U teams compete from September to December, while the Open League runs from October to March.

For our Grade 6 and Under and Grade 9 and Under teams, offerings will be determined based on interest, with a focus on training, development, and the potential for future leagues. These teams typically run during the spring and summer seasons.

We provide both men’s and women’s teams, with co-ed options available for our younger age groups.

16U (Boys & Girls Teams)

Our 16U teams provide a competitive yet developmental space for players looking to sharpen their skills and take their game to the next level. With separate boys’ and girls’ teams, athletes benefit from focused coaching, regular practices, and opportunities to compete locally and provincially.

19U (Boys & Girls Teams)

The 19U level is ideal for high school players aiming to compete at a higher level. With dedicated boys’ and girls’ teams, players receive advanced coaching, strength and conditioning support, and are introduced to the strategic side of the game.

Open League (Men’s & Women’s Teams)

Our Open League is for adult players of all levels—from former national competitors to those returning to the game or trying it for the first time. With both men’s and women’s teams, the league provides regular competition, fitness, and a strong community of like-minded athletes.

Grade 6 and Under (Co-Ed)

Our Grade 6 and Under program is the perfect introduction to handball for young athletes. In a fun, inclusive, and co-ed environment, kids learn the fundamentals of the game, build confidence, and develop teamwork skills. No experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Grade 9 and Under (Boys & Girls Teams)

Designed for junior high players, our Grade 9 and Under spring league offers a focused opportunity to build handball skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. With separate girls’ and boys’ teams, the program emphasizes core technique, game awareness, and prepares athletes for more competitive play in older age groups.
